I’m in a bad timezone for online match-ups so tend to play a lot of Arcade Mode, and hence spend time looking at the ladder screen in between bouts. I was thinking of ways that it could be more interesting and add to the lore of the game.
What if the screen was a map of Flagstone, and your character is journeying around to all the different locations as part of the tournament? I guess a bit like the old SF2 screen where you’d fly around the world, except a lot more localised. It would be great to see how all the different fight locations fit together geographically.
