Title: Argagarg cannot be moved while knocked down

Summary: Usually, while an opponents character is knocked down, you can walk against said character to move it. With Argagarg this is not possible. He cannot be moved, starting from the point in time he is fully knocked down (not ground bouncing or wall bouncing anymore) until the point he fully gets up. As this is not case for any other character, I am assuming it as a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to practice mode, pick DeGrey and Argagarg. (DeGrey is only used for best effect, any other with a mov that knocks down and has quick recovery would work as well)
  2. Activate Counter hits.
  3. Hit Argagarg with DeGrey’s bA (ground slam).
  4. Walk towards Argargarg.

Expected Results: Argagarg should be pushed into the direction DeGrey is walking.

Actual Results: Argagarg is not pushed into the direction DeGrey is walking.

This will be fixed in the next update. Good report, we actually didn’t know about this one.
