Summary: When MIdori KO’s Rook with a normal throw, Rook stays standing up

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Fight Midori vs Rook
  2. KO Rook by using Midori’s normal throw

Expected Results: Rook falls over when KO’d by Midori’s normal throw

Actual Results: Rook remains standing after being KO’d by Midori’s normal throw

Notes: Occurs in Local and Arcade, haven’t confirmed it Online
