Rushing river fish spawn changes when using arg air super

Summary:
Doing arg C, then jump super, then spawning a goldfish after the super flash causes the goldfish to spawn farther away from arg than normal

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Rushing River
  2. Jump Super
  3. Spawn goldfish after super cinematic ends

Expected Results:
Fish spawns in the normal place
Actual Results:
Fish spanws farther away from arg than normal
