Setsuki Yomi Counter Glitch

Summary:
Sometimes when Setsuki wins a round with a yomi counter, her opponent flies into the air.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Win a round with Setsuki’s yomi counter

Expected Results:
Setsuki’s opponent falls to the ground.

Actual Results:
Setsuki’s opponent floats into the sky.

Notes:
Doesn’t happen 100% of the time, but happens most of the time.

Game Version:
Windows, 10890.

System Information:
Windows 7.

This still sort of happens. They still float up, but then fall down really quickly. Kind of fixed?
