Title: Setsuki’s hold-C has different fireball immunity properties than C -> other button

Summary: Setsuki’s Starlight Tumbler will go through Degrey’s ghost unless you do the throw (hold C), in which case she will get grabbed by the ghost.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use DeGrey’s ground ghost attack.
  2. When the ghost is within a few frames of grabbing Setsuki, use her Starlight Tumbler.

Expected Results: Starlight Tumbler should go through the ghost regardless of followup.

Actual Results: If you hold the C button, Setsuki will get grabbed, but if you press any other attack the ghost will not grab Setsuki.

It actually has identical fireball immunity. One version simply travels barely higher than the other, and happens to physically go over the ghost. That is not intended, and they should both travel the same height.
