Starting an Arcade match while in Online queue breaks the game
If the Online queue finds an opponent just as you’re loading up another match (say, an Arcade one) the screen will change to a black one with player profiles, levels and selected characters’ names being visible ontop. The game gets stuck on the screen, but does not stop responding, even though nothing changes even if you press all the buttons or wait.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go in Online queue;
- While waiting, go in Arcade mode;
- if timed correctly, you will find an opponent before the Arcade match is about to start, before the health bars and stage load in but after selecting your character.
Expected Results:
to be able to play online with the opponent that Online queue function has found for me.
Actual Results:
got stuck for eternity with no music and only static visuals, had to Alt+F4 out.
Notes:
“succsessfully” performed this bug 3 times, all not on purpose and with different random people.

Game Version:
Latest Steam version as of September 19th, 2017.
System Information, though i dont think it’s related to that:
Windows 10;
3.5 GHz Intel Pentium G4560 cpu;
Radeon RX 550 series videocard.
