Thunderclap momentum transferring to rook regular throw knockdown

Summary:
If you thunderclap such that it is block with rook, then regular throw, the throw gives the wrong knockdown
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Thunderclap blocked by the opponent
  2. regular throw

Expected Results:
Opponent is knocked down right next to rook

Actual Results:
Opponent is knocked down about C grab distance away instead

Notes:
the momentum “state” seems to last even if you walk around for a bit before you throw
