Title: Declining a challenge while in practise mode loses the selector

Summary: When in the pause menu in practise mode, declining a challenge returns to the pause menu with no menu item selected - the only wait to fix this without a mouse is to close and reopen the pause menu.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Receive a challenge
  2. Enter practise mode
  3. Pause
  4. Decline the challenge

Expected Results: It reenters the pause menu with a default item selected

Actual Results: It reenters the pause menu with no item selected

Notes: This is a minor thing, doesn’t seem to happen in the main menu’s pause menu either
