Failing to Connect in Friend Match Results in Unresponsive Online Menus
Summary:
When I attempted to accept a challenge from Bigotinho or send a challenge to Bigotinho, it failed to connect. I attempted to access the friends list, profile, and online menu using the controller. The sound effect for selecting each option played, but there was no visible response. It stayed on the main menu without any change.
Steps to reproduce:
- Challenge a friend or have a friend challenge you.
- Get a “Failed to connect” message.
- Try to select friends list, profile, or online menu.
Expected Results:
I am able to see my friends list, my profile, or the options for online play.
Actual Results:
The sound effect for clicking each button works, but it stays on the main menu with no visible changes.
Notes:
It may be because the game was trying to connect through my satellite connection that I was having this problem.
