Geiger's Time Stop super freeze ignores opponent's buffered inputs during first 8 frames

Title:
Geiger’s Time Stop super freeze ignores opponent’s buffered inputs during first 8 frames
Summary:
When you use Time Stop and the opponent tries to use a move in the next 8 frames, it’s not performed immediately like it’s supposed to.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use Time Stop.
  2. Have your opponent try to use a move during the first 8 frames of super freeze.

Expected Results:
As soon as super freeze stops, opponent’s move is performed.
Actual Results:
That input is completely ignored.
Notes:
Buffered inputs during the last 8 frames of super freeze come out correctly. Cycloid Revolution doesn’t have this glitch in any way, opponent’s buffered inputs come out whether made in the first 8 or last 8 frames of super freeze.
