Setsuki B Command Grab Whiffing Issues

Summary:
At some ranges Setsuki’s B command grab option will whiff because the first hit pushes the opponent out of range. Weirdly enough this sometimes happens up close as well, I’m not really sure why.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick Setsuki.
  2. Position yourself.
  3. Have the opponent blocking.
  4. Hold B.

Expected Results:
The opponent blocks the first hit and gets hit by the command grab.

Actual Results:
The opponent blocks the first hit but the command grab whiffs.

Notes:
My opponent could do the same.
