Slow diagonal jump inputs

Apparently, diagonal jumps (up+forward or up+back) must be held for at least 5 frames in order to register correctly, otherwise neutral jumps will be executed.

I think the discussion on Discord led to the conclusion that jump direction is based on what direction, if any, you’re pushing at the end of pre-jump frames, rather than the beginning.

This is honestly probably for the best just so that if you’re standing still and want to jump sideways, there’s some leeway if you press the jump button slightly after pressing left/right.
