When I’m in between matches in ranked mode, sometimes I forget whether I’m on the second or third round of the tournament, or I just want to see the teams of the players that I have beaten.

You can see if you’re on the second or third round by going to the ranked character select screen. The upper left will say semifinals if you are in the second round and will say grand finals if you are in the third round. This won’t tell you the teams of the players you beat though.
