Title: cruel survival voice filter bugs

Summary: sometimes the filter applies when it shouldn’t and doesn’t when it should

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Get hit by metal Jaina’s gS
  2. player voice has filter applied when falling at end
  3. also, metal midori “human form” has no voice filter

Game Version: September 2019 (after Switch hotfix patch)
