Title: Character descriptions on title screen stay when changing language

Summary: When you change the language setting on the title screen, the character description (“Water Shaman”) stays in the first language

Steps to reproduce:

  1. change language on the title screen

Expected Results: character description shows in new language

Actual Results: character description shows in first language
