I have not found any online matches ever since I unlocked the 'climbing the charts' trophy

Ever since I got promoted to D rank and unlocked the ‘climbing the charts’ trophy on PS4, I have been unable to find any matches either in online casual or ranked match.

Have I been blocked or something? If this is the case, please let me know so that I may stop trying to go online in this game.

I just read a lot about this issue online and found out what the problem is?

It’s such a shame that a game with such great potential has such a small userbase.
