If a character keeps blocking without actually blocking a hit for too long, the block animation freezes

Title:
If a character keeps blocking without actually blocking a hit for too long, the block animation halts
Summary:
If a character enters the blocking pose through proximity guarding and stays in that pose without actually blocking a hit for a long enough time, the blocking animation freezes instead of looping.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick Argagarg and enter Training mode. Opponent’s character doesn’t seem to matter.
  2. Set blocking to always.
  3. Stand next to an enemy, but keep enough distance to not be able to hit with bA.
  4. Keep using bA.

(This is just the easiest way, this would work with other moves like slowed down projectiles, of course.)
Expected Results:
The blocking animation loops.
Actual Results:
After one play, the blocking animation comes to a freeze and the character is kept in its last frame, until they stop blocking.
Notes:
This seems to have no effect on gameplay, as actually blocking attacks, exiting blocking state and such works as normal.
