Title: No counter hit visual effect on Valerie’s paintbrush

Summary: Valerie does not get the red flash for a counter hit when she hits someone with her paintbrush i.e. Only her <A kick has the effect.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick Valerie + any opponent in training mode
  2. Turn on counter hits
  3. Hit with <A followed by A

Expected Results: Counter hits with paintbrush have visual effect for counter hits

Actual Results: No counter hit visual effect when hitting with paintbrush
