(Potential) Lum Throw frame data bug

Summary:
Frame data on lum’s throw seems to be listed incorrectly, compared to other characters. I don’t know if the throw is actually different or just the numbers are wrong

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick lum
2. throw

Expected Results:
frame data should be 3 / 4 / 18

Actual Results:
throw data is 3 / 2 / 20

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next update. The placeholder throw he had for a long time was correct, then the (very similar looking) non-placeholder throw attempt somehow got the wrong stats.
