Rook can beat meaties with an armored normal throw

Summary: If the timing is correct, Rook can use B to absorb a meaty attack, and then cancel it into a normal throw.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Absorb an attack on the first frame of Rook’s B
  2. Press throw just as hitstop is about to end

Expected Results: Rook cannot use armor on one move then cancel into another.

Actual Results: Rook gets bamboozling wakeup game.

Notes: As Rook is the only character with armor on a B move, he is the only character that is able to do this.
