**Title:**Unable to log into Switch account and redeem Core Pack

**Summary:**The Switch version constantly say “Disconnected from the server” when I launch it. Since I own the game on the Switch, I wanted to get the Core Pack to play on Steam but I cannot access my account, hence I can only play the base version.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Owned Fantasy Strike before 7/21/2020
  2. Booted up game and attempt to log in.
  3. Login attempt failed.

**Expected Results:**Login attempt successful, Core Pack is redeemed for use on Steam.

**Actual Results:**Cannot login or redeem Core Pack at this time.

Game Version: Patched since 07/21/20

System Information: Nintendo Switch V2.
