Valerie Rainbow Stroke doesn't avoid DeGrey's Ghost

**Summary:**DeGrey’s Ghost can hit Valerie even during her Rainbow Stroke attack.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use Ghost as DeGrey.
  2. Use Rainbow Stroke as Valerie at the same time.

**Expected Results:**Ghost misses Valerie, as with other projectile-avoiding moves such as Rook’s Vines.

**Actual Results:**Ghost hits Valerie.

This is not a bug. Valerie’s C has projectile invulnerability right at the start only. It does avoid the ghost during that period, just as it avoids other projectiles. Later frames of her C do not avoid projectiles and do not avoid the ghost either.
