Title:
Whose controller is it anyway?

Summary:
Two identical USB controllers connected; one player controls movement of both players.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect two identical USB controllers.
  2. Perform in-game Controller Setup with both.
  3. Test inputs of both controllers in menus and game.

Expected Results:
One controller controls P1’s character and menus; the other P2’s.

Actual Results:
One controller controls only P1(P2)'s character and menus as usual; the other controls P2(P1)'s character and menus in addition to P1(P2)'s movement in game and menus. When there is only one menu, the latter controller’s inputs are counted double.
