Why was Valerie retconned from bisexual to gay?

The old Fantasy Strike website has always said she was bisexual. I don’t think it’s a big deal, but it seems like an odd thing to change.

Or did Rook just call her gay as a blanket term? Sorry if this is a weird thing to be asking, I guess I’m just a lore junkie.

It was not reconned. She is bi, it was just a blanket term by Rook.
